The Symposium on Counterfeit Parts and Materials is organized by SMTA in collaboration with the Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE) at the University of Maryland, College Park. The symposium aims to increase awareness of the risks and consequences associated with counterfeit materials and parts, while promoting strategies and best practices for their identification, prevention, and mitigation.
