The CALCE Spring Reliability Symposium was conducted March 20-21, 2023. It was attended by over 80 individuals from over 35 organizations including Google, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Robert Bosch, John Deere, Keysight, Collins, Raytheon, Stryker, and Medtronics.
The attendees heard presentations on a wide range of topics including Dr. Jay Lee on industrial AI, Dr. Michael Azarian on capacitor selection criteria, Dr. Osterman on low-temperature and high-performance solders, Prof. Christou on Diamond semiconductors, as well as lithium-ion batteries.
