CALCE Webinars 2026
Electronics continue to evolve on the leading edge of technology development. As such, engineers who develop or use electronic systems technologies must be able to synthesize interdisciplinary knowledge from various diverse sources, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, materials, manufacturing, and business. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and be proficient in team collaboration.
To support this need, the Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE) offers webinars on issues related to the reliability of electronic products and systems. CALCE Consortium Members have access to recorded presentations and slide decks, and there are professional development courses related to these webinars.
Rapid advances in electronic products and systems demand special efforts to educate the technical workforce. These efforts include a systematic, just-in-time transfer of state-of-the-art knowledge derived from the latest research results. Webinars are held monthly, except in March and October.
