Abstract:
This presentation will explore how to utilize upstream and downstream mapping to minimize the risk of counterfeit products entering the supply chain. As well as some key practical ideas as to how to identify products at high risk of counterfeiting, we will investigate the wider issues surrounding the supply chain. We will review how to reduce the likelihood of shortages or disruption as a result of natural disasters for geopolitical instability. We will look into case studies of how to improve collaboration within the engineering and procurement teams and subcontractors to ensure effective lifecycle management.
